We needed to be near great ormand street hospital as our grandson was very sick they gave us a room because of exceptional circumstances which helped us to be there when he passed away very polite helpful staff thankyou

United KingdomPretty much everything, we were in the Buckingham not the Clarendon but we have stayed in both and enjoyed our stay both times. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us! Room was comfy and the price was fair and reasonable. Great location.
