Located about 6 miles north of Winchester in a quiet location. Satnav made it easy to find. Charles is a friendly guy very willing to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room on the ground floor was very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. Breakfast was exactly what we asked for, very well cooked, served in the airy main guest area of the b&b. Beautiful lawns to the rear, very close easy parking to the front.

Perfectly serviceable for what it was, staff were reasonably friendly and location was fairly quiet while still being city centre accessible. Plenty of parking. It was easy to rearrange my stay following a scheduling error in my part.

I stayed in two different rooms. In room 8, the door lock and window were both broken, and the shared bathroom was unexpected. In the other (5, i think?), there was a broken picture frame and damaged bedframe. Both had the heating turned up extremely high and the electrical sockets in inconvenient places to charge a phone overnight. Breakfast was ok but the self-service for fried food means it's rubbery from sitting so long under a heat lamp.

The garden studio was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. There was a wonderful variety of food and drink ..... enough for 6! Booking was easy and instructions helpful and clear. An absolutely superb place

I didn’t like the view of only looking into other rooms and lack of daylight but I appreciate that is just the way the building is and in the pictures, a robe, slippers and a bath tray are pictured but weren’t actually available

Very small, slow elevator. There are 2 but 1 was not working. 3 people with 3 suitcases meant 2 trips. A small inconvenience, but annoying after a long travel day.
