We had adjoining rooms. Huge king bed for parents and 3 single beds for kids with plenty of space to move around. Nice clean room. Daily breakfast open 7-11am with wide selection. Can order complimentary cappuccino at breakfast which is ok. Complimentary bottled water in room daily. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. Huge pool area. Bar at one end. Kids swimming pool at the other. Near restaurant and walks out to beach. Towel and pool noodle hire (free). Entire staff team are amazing! Room service food was great and a life saver with tire kids. Shuttle service 200k IDR ea way and fantastic both times. Free WiFi and good connection

Every single pillow in our room was awful and lumpy, requested replacement pillows - much better. Minimal hanging for wet clothes. Perhaps bring a travel clothes airers and multiple bathers. Terrible coffee, not just at the hotel though. I didn’t find one good coffee in 5 days and I’m not fussy. Im happy with instant moccona. The cappuccino at breakfast was tolerable.

Simple, clean hotel in a good location. We reported a few things to the staff and everything was dealt with immediately which is always a good sign. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. There is a soul in a bowl attached to the hotel which is great as the food is good. We had a two bedroom suite which was large enough and comfortable for our family the direct pool access was a nice bonus.

You could hear street noise at times, so light sleepers might have troubles on the side our room was located

The location was perfect! Just around the corner from one of the central streets of Ubud, but tucked away enough to have your own quiet sanctuary. The staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the place was gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Really lovely villas with private pool. Nice and clean and good air conditioning. Super comfy beds. Staff incredibly helpful and lovely breakfast.

Was a little isolated very difficult to walk anywhere as such skinny roads not meant for pedestrians. Had to get a scooter. Not hotels fault obviously but just be warned.

We wanted to eat dinner our so we asked for a recommended place nearby, and he wouldn't tell us, he said he has its own kitchen and restaurant there it wouldn't be telling us where to go bc is bad for his business and that wasn't very welcoming so we end up not even having breakfast there.

The room is very spacious, but not very clean. Especially the mattress, linen and bathroom. There was used tissue on the floor, a wet band-aid in the sink. The whole place has a special vibe, which was kind of cool. But in general, it's pretty worn down. Needs a full renovation. Toilet paper only on request.
