Positive section of review
This is a historical hotel, but very clean and homely. The owner cook the breakfast and provide all the services you will not miss from any established hotel chains. The room is big, details all taken care of. Parking is free, near the train, toilet and bathing area are separated but just like a home setting. One of the best hotels we have stayed, in my opinion, surpass many commercial hotel chains.

Beautiful hotel close to everything we wanted to see . Staff really helpful and hotel room was clean and comfortable. The free hotel shuttle bus to the station was an added bonus for us.

Comfy beds There is option to wash your clothes for free, but you have to dry it in your bathroom, the problem is there is not enough space for it. Close to the JR station and buses

Room is clean and new, with private bath and a public bath in a other building. Staff is really nice and provides a lot of assistance even though she is not fluent in English.

It is a bit far from the nearest train station, Yuda Onsen. Around 10-15 minutes walk, however it is closer to the main shopping street.

The location is perfect, just right beside the station concourse. It is near from the shopping street and with 2-3 convenient stores below the hotel.

The staff seemed a bit annoyed when I spoke English rather than Japanese, and the environment beside the station is a bit messy.
