Great modern hotel with nice rooms, very comfortable beds, convenient location, friendly staff (David went out of his way to be informative and hospitable) great breakfast and nice executive lounge. Would be happy to go back again.

there was no freezer just a cooler. The aircon was inadequate to cool the room. We needed to turn on the electric fan. At the booking.com app, it states that we can have an early check-in but we were not given that privilege. We had to wait at exactly 2 pm to check in while waiting at the small lobby perspiring since aircon was very inadequate to cool the place. There was no soap/shampoo caddy/soap dish provided. We had to put our soap inside a coffee cup. We tried communicating about our intended time of arrival prior to the date but no response was given.

Glass window in bathrooms. Difficult to find numbers to call room service needs to be on phone for support. No cups for coffee available, no creamer or milk available
