“We paid for accommodation with half board and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that we would only receive breakfast because there were not many people in the hotel, therefore they did not open the dining room for dinner, they did not agree to return the money we paid in advance for half board, only to give us vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel, there was no restaurant in the hotel To our liking and yet we had to eat only there, we were very disappointed. We wanted to get the money so we could choose where to eat but it didn't happen. The hotel should have informed me in advance that there was no option for half board and not just charge me.”
