    “The location is perfect - right at the subway station in the city center, breathtaking view over The Tower from the room as well as from the rooftop terrace and bar. Trendy and cosy lobby. Very clean. English breakfast, all fresh and tasty. Great choice for someone who has only 2 days to see London - you really get best value and time efficiency for your money.”

    “This property was closed when I arrived from the airport at 2.00am, even though it advertises a 24/7 reception desk for late arrivals on its website. After waiting 20-30 min and ringing the bell and phone constantly, I had to go to another hotel nearby (The Kensington), at a higher rate, plus Uber charge. The property is ignoring my request for a refund. They claim to have sent instructions for access without a receptionist, but I received no such thing. I booked the night before on the basis that there is a 24/7 reception desk. I received a booking confirmation and note that my special requests (for late checkout) would be dealt with when I arrive between 24.00-01.00. I rang 7 times from 3.00pm on the day before arrival, but nobody answered the phone. This property should not be listed on this site. Their misleading and negligent behaviour is shocking.”
