  • Sleepy Raccoon Hostel Review score: 10

“Very nice hostel in a quiet area a little outside the city center. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Comfy bed and overall good facilities”

  • Duta Garden Hotel Review score: 9

“Its a beautiful property in the middle of the City. The swimming pool was Serene. Rooms are spacious and so are the Bathrooms. Staffs were helpful too. Its close to the main street but still tucked away. The whole design and landscaping of this property is inspiring.”

  • “Cleanliness and kind staff”

  • OstiC House Review score: 9

“Pamela and her colleagues are really professional and welcoming! Everything worked out flawlessly and we extended our stay. Pamela was always kind and helpful and every room we had was clean and cozy. Ostic has a nice vibe and you can hang around at the pool table. It is in cool neighbourhood (some chill cafes and bars, restaurants but also nice street food) and close to attractions such as the Taman Sari.”

  • “Nice, clean rooms.”

  • “The location was perfect, right next to all the action and not far from the Kraton. There was a wide choice at breakfast and on the last day we got in early as we had a plane to catch. We stayed here twice in a week after a side trip to Borobudur and were upgraded to a suite on one occasion. Rooms large and comfy.”

  • “Lokasi bagus. Bed comfortable. Sarapan pagi quiet good. Staff friendly.”

  • Ayaartta Hotel Malioboro Review score: 7

“Friendly staff, clean, promptly fixed our fridge when broken. Great location within walking distance of markets. Good suggestions for food etc from staff.”

  • “Very cute and very new”

  • Ranasa Yogyakarta Review score: 10

“Bed comfortable, great airconditioning in dorm rooms, hot showers, clean. Quiet spot with treed yard, hammocks, and small pool (lovely in to chill, but too shallow to really swim or tread water). Dorms are only four beds to a room, so pretty quiet and spacious. Curtain, reading light, power outlet, and tiny shelf in each bunk. Lockers are available (fit medium-large bag), and are conveniently outside the rooms (so more quiet). Staff are very kind and very helpful with logistics questions. Appreciated the water refill (to avoid plastic disposables). Vegetarian pancakes and fruit available for breakfast. Walking distance from lots of great restaurants, the cool/hip Jl. Prawirotaman street, and Alun-Alun Kidul.”
