“The instructions to find the property were very detailed including which bus to catch from the airport. The location is fab. Close to Rambla, the beach, the port and the central market. The team is minutes away which will whisk you away to beaches or shopping centres even to Benidorm if your heart desires. The airport bus drops you at central market. The location of the flat is a minute from Cristobal Placa where there are bars and restaurants. The full kitchen was a bonus in the flat, a different I. Table for 4 people, perfect for a light entertaining. Having a home away from home is what it's all about when you are spending a week away at a destination. Comfortable sofa bed in lounge area and a decent size TV ... Great for brushing up on one's Spanish as it's only Spanish TV. I asked for a double bed ... Two singles were in the room that I pushed together, not trying same but it worked. Bathroom funxtional, well lit. Good quality Manchester, towels and bed sheets. Windows all opened and had roller blinds for total blackout. Air-conditioned in the lounge dining area reverse cycle for heating and cooling. Great welcome by José Luis who have a quick tour and orientation of the flat and how it worked. Also a gentleman who allowed a late check out on my final day. An offer to help with anything at anytime was also appreciated. Gracias, José.”

“Very friendly owner - Navid - very responsive to questions asked before and during the holiday. Location is great and facilities on site are excellent - two pools, tennis courts, basketball/football court and the local tram service stops outside the complex. Beach is three minutes walk away and is one of the best I have visited - very clean and with kids play areas, volleyball nets and an exercise area. The apartment is very clean and spacious - one double bedroom, one kids bedroom with bunk beds and an extra single roll-out mattress/bed (we have three kids so this was ideal) and two bathrooms - one with shower/bath (en-suite) and one with shower. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and toaster. There's also a washing machine in the utility room off the kitchen. The balcony has been made into part of the main living room space to make it bigger i.e. closed in, not kept as a balcony to sit out in. Huge flatscreen TV showing Spanish channels and the free wi-fi has a very strong signal. The apartment overlooks the smaller of the two pools and is on the first floor - lift and stair access. The complex is very secure - all entrance gates have locks on and each apartment block has its own lockable entrance doors (same key as the gates). We locked ourselves out of the apartment on Sunday by accident and contacted Navid. The onsite concierge was closed as it was Sunday - Navid arranged for a locksmith to come to the property within an hour to sort it out - excellent service. Navid also arranged a transfer from/to the airport for us, although this was optional. Overall a great apartment for families with kids.”

“We had an amazing stay at Teatro Appartments in Alicante! The (co) owner Jorge, contacted us in advance and we agreed on the time we'll arrive. When we arrived, he was waiting for us, as there is no reception, so that was great. The appartment is renovated and clean, and it looks very modern. It's very airy, light, the rooms are very tall, we also loved the antique touch, like the old floor in the bedroom and the sewing machine turned into washing table in the bathroom. There was a Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the kitchen with a few cups, which was a bonus we enjoyed in the morning. Jorge gave us some tips where to eat and he even arraged a large taxi for us for the next morning since we had a lot of luggage. Thank you Jorge for everything, you are a great host, keep up the good work! The location is perfect, on a walking distance to the old city, as well as the boulevard and the beach. There are a lot of lovely restaurants in the area where you could enjoy a meal or a drink and lots of shops in the area. El Corte Engles is at about 10 minutes walk (it also has a Starbucks) and the supermarket Mercadona is at about 5 minutes walk. We really loved everything about this appartment and we'd recommend it to everyone! We would certainly return here on our next trip to Alicante! Fam Houtman, The Netherlands”

Nearby shops are just across the road or by the street and the main supermarket and mall is few minutes walk. The beach are just stone throw away and we enjoy the whole view as we are in the top area so we can overlook the whole seaside in our walk to beach harbour and main town. There was a lift anyway and i like walking in the transparent walkway to have a full view of the beach. I would recommend this apartment and may look for it if visiting to the city again. It was a little gem!”
