“The staff is amazing! I had a medical situation and the guy from reception made question to drive me to the hospital even not being a serious situation. They are really careful about the guest and I am so grateful to the staff team there. It is perfect located and also have a reallu good breakfast with bread, cheese, ham, fruits and yogurt... Even staying there only for one night I saw the bathrooms being cleaned during the night so it's was all very clean.”

“I can't praise this place enough! The location was suberb, the room was cozy but the staff is definitely the greatest part of this hotel. We were warmly welcomed with some samples of local grappa and good tips what to do during our stay. It feels like the owners and staff of this place have understood that with small gestures and attention you can make the guests feel like home. They helped us a lot with the ferry and bus timetables and even booked a table for dinner on the go. Also as a good example I had my birthday during our stay, but didn't mention it to the staff or anything. Still, they had noticed it from my passport and greeted me with a bottle of wine as a birthday present when we came down to have breakfast that morning, what a nice thing to do! All in all, I recommend Splendida Palace from the bottom of my heart, this was probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed and would stay again!”

“Everything! The apartment is very clean even to my standards (I'm usually very picky on cleanliness) ! And facilities are brand new. Many details are very well taken care of. Location is good despite of a bit challenging drive in the last part as it was a little narrow and rugged road and we were not used to it (but totally ok). Close to a few big supermarkets and mall of split which is very convenient. The host and her lovely family are extremely kind! There were fruits and juice already prepared upon our arrival and even a bottle of juice for my baby daughter, and my daughter's crib had been nicely arranged and even a high chair was provided which was highly appreciated. What's more was, our daughter was having her one year old birthday in Split, the host surprised us with a delicious home-made birthday cake!! We were so touched! I'm usually wouldn't be interested in visiting the same city again for holidays, but I'd definitely want to come back to Split and stay here again just because of the amazing apartment and its nice host!”

He also recommended things to do with our daughter around the area which was great. The breakfast was lovely had a great variety . It was a cold buffett style breakfast but great selection. We had the wine on the roof top some evenings which was lovely and relaxing. The little beach and pool was lovely we spent every morning between these . You could swim very comfortable in both (once you had shoes for the stones on the beach) . You could walk down to the village for a few different selections of restaurants and small shops. I used to walk down and get a pizza to take away while my baby was napping. This was a lovely and relaxing apartment.”

“Loved the apartment, It was equipped with absolutely everything you would need for your stay. Anja, the host was helpful and the welcome bottle of wine was very kind. It was a walkable distance to the Old Town and Split centre. There were a couple of supermarkets and bars nearby and Anja recommended 'Fife' and we enjoyed a few meals there. There was parking with the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again and recommend it.”
