Property information

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which can accommodate a superking zip-linked bed. These can also be set to be 2 large singles if required. The third bedroom is a single. All bedrooms have drawers and hanging space as well as bedside tables and lamps. The full bathroom is fresh and modern with an overbath shower unit. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. there is a small breakfast bar with stools seating two people. All the cutlery, crockery and utensils you will need are provided for you. The living room/diner is very spacious and is populated with comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and a display cabinet of books. The Smart TV can be connected to your Netflix account.

Neighbourhood information

Guests have access to the entire apartment and rear garden. There is free on-street parking. The property location is within walking distance of local shops. This spacious house is situated in a quiet residential area in Rosyth, just 4 miles south of Dunfermline, and 16 miles north of Edinburgh, so is an ideal central point to explore Fife and Stirlingshire. Dunfermline is well worth a visit with its historical Abbey and parks and boasts a lively pedestrianised retail town centre.
