Stay in this newly listed apartment minutes away from the centre of Penzance. Furnished to a high standard with a luxurious hotel feel, this apartment has everything you will need to unwind and relax after a long day sightseeing, Sky glass TV, Alexa bluetooth coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and large windows with a glimpse of the sea, you cannot help but wake up feeling happy and energised in this bright spacious 2 bed apartment. ~Although this listing is new we have hosted for many years, you can always read some of our reviews on our host page, we have 2 more apartments in the same building~ Entrance to the apartment building then up a flight of stairs First door you come to with private entrance way, it's Number 4. Entrance hall with coat rack and side board for keeping shoes tidy and general storage. Heating control. King Size Bedroom- With pocket sprung mattress, superking size pillows and hotel quality luxurious bed linen ~ Lovely soft towels are also provided. One Bedside table and two reading lamps. Ottoman bed with loads of storage space inside the bed! Twin Room- cosy and compact with two single beds ,pocket sprung mattress, hotel quality luxurious bed linen, solic wood chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail. Both beds have a reading lamp too. Bathroom- WC with soft close seat, Large wash hand basin with backlit mirror above. Built in toothbrush charger! Full size bath with power shower over. Tiled floor to ceiling for extra cleanlinness. Living/ dining/ kitchen- Open plan space. Kitchen ~ with Lavazza Coffee machine with built in Alexa smart speaker, 4 ring electric hob, fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge and large freezer, washing machine. (no dryer but we have a clothes hanger or there is a laundry mat around the corner where you can dry very wet clothes) Living/ Dining ~ Sky Glass 43" HDTV, dining table and seating for 4, 2 large and extremely comfy two seater sofas, coffee table, lamps for mood lighting.
We are local to the apartment should you need us for anything, we are Hayley and Tom and have 2 children Ezra and Enzo. We have other apartments in this building should you wish to book as a larger group or 2 couples please get in touch to check availability.
