Love this place. It's very comfortable, staff are really lovely. I stay here regularly because it is convenient, stylish, clean and reliable. It means a lot to me that staff are so helpful and friendly, that is rare these days! The restaurant and bar at the hotel are also fabulous. Zoom East has something to please everyone... including us vegans! Really appreciate the creative and much more interesting than usual vegan options. I look forward to that Busiati pasta dish every time I come back to London 😆🍝 Thank you everyone at Hyatt Place for your great work 👏🏾😊🌟🥂💝
