This new flat in Penzance has recently been refurbished to a high standard. This 2 bedroom property comes equipped with a new open plan kitchen, brand new bathroom with shower/bath. Being ideally situated 5 minutes from the town centre, also a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. Short walking distance to local shops, pubs and restaurants. For security reasons there is CCTV outside the property. **Please note** We do not offer parking, there is free on street parking next to the property. We can not offer luggage storage. No more than 4 guests allowed. No pets. No children under 6. No smoking. Check in 4pm Check out 10am
