Very glad there was a fridge in the room and also the welcoming by the host in general, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in and although it was just a room, it felt like a luxury hotel suite, bathrooms are quite large compared to anywhere...

Everything….warm welcome, beers in the fridge, then fabulous G&T. Great recomendations for food (go the the Thai restaurant if you can)…..warm croissants on our departure. Couldn’t have been more helpful and the room was very comfortable

It's been quite some time since we've felt such genuine hospitality from a host. In fact, I can't recall ever feeling so welcomed before. Joby was absolutely fantastic. From thoughtful recommendations for dining options to delightful surprises...

Our property is newly refurbished with our own style of contemporary modern furnishings, some of which were made by our own fair hands and also art work by local artists. Each of our rooms offer its own unique feel without compromising on comfort. Guest can enjoy a restful night sleep on our memory foam mattresses and egyptian cotton sheets and wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed in our beautiful town. The rooms are spacious each with there own en-suites and mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.
Myself joby and wife Zoe were both born and raised in St. Ives. We have both lived and worked away from our idyllic little town, but have always come home. We could not imagine a more perfect place to raise our 7 year old son Noah and 4 year old Oscar.
Very quiet, with the town centre only a five mintue walk down the hill. Or if your feeling to relaxed you could jump on a bus that picks up and drops off right outside our doorstep. St. ives has so much to offer, from the cobbled streets of fore street, where you can find a collective array of souvenirs to the high street area and harbour front where can find a few well know brands as well as quirky boutiques. Our beautiful town has been a popular surf destination for many years, with numerous surf shops selling and hiring everything from boards to accessories. Porthmeor beach the closest beach to our front door has a fantastic surf school where all ages can have fun learning to surf. St.ives if full of character and guests could fill their days exploring the galleries or eating in the many restaurants and cafes that line the streets. The TATE is a go to for any art lovers.
