  Basically, everything! Especially the steam cabinet (steam room, the shower thing). There is a small fridge. Don't be a facepalm, and forget to plug in the plug of fridge. Took us 1 and half a day to notice the unplugged plug. My friend commented that the fridge wasn't cold, lol.

  Not really dislike, just minor inconvenience if you expect yourself to go back and forth to your crib/stay multiple times a day. It is a bit over an hour by bus. The nearest bus station is 5 min walk. There is a bus going directly to near China town. It stops almost in front of the Phoenix Theater.

  The customer service was amazing! Every staff member I cam across was so helpful and a joy to be around. The location is also amazing. I spent a bit extra to get the Seaview room and I was very happy with it.

  Do remember it is an old hotel, the floors creek and the decor is antique in an endearing way. The one main thing I didn't enjoy was that the hotel room doors slam. I was expecting the creaking floorboards but I was woken up by slamming room doors a few times. It was actually hard not to make the doors noisily close, I tried to close ours on the way out and I think by nature/structure they just make a lot of noise. If you bring earplugs you should be alright though!

  Overall a great and pleasant stay. Had a special request for the hosts and they delivered. They were great and informative. Kept in touch. Excellent location and excellent cottage. Highly recommend.

  Bed was squeaky and if you are a mover in bed, you'll hear noises. Slight hiccup with technology too. No fault of the owners but luckily it was a warm day/night. If it were cold, and with no heating may have been a problem. Owners went to great length to resolve it as soon as.
