A super comfortable caravan with everything we needed and more on a beautiful site with great facilities and in a really central location for everything North Wales has to offer. We had a wonderful off peak Mon - Fri stay as 2 adults, 2 children and a dog, felt accommodation was great value for money and would definitely return.

Great location. Quiet rooms with no noises. Tv was best I’ve seen in hotel. Lighting in room was great. Good prices. Staff was great and upgraded room at no extra cost to ensure we had bath.

Quite a pretentious reception The room; tv was squint & loose in housing, heater & bathroom were exceptionally dusty! Everywhere had a thin layer of grubbiness to it, except the bed which was clean & spongy but solid to sleep on, not memory foam style. Plugs were loose in wall. Reception at check out was lovely lady 😊 We didn’t stay for breakfast

Where to start. Clearly said you had parking on site. It'd permit holders parking only. The host didn't have a permit as said the last guests has taken it. I could of got a 70 pound parking ticket. Told me to park my brand-new car at the train station.........dishwasher didn't work and there was mould inside of it. Car nearly got broken into outside as people were walking up and down checking door handles to see if cars were open. Next door was constant banging and people knocking on the door all night. I left 1 night early as didn't want to be there ant more. Paid for 2 nights only stayed the one night as had enough. I wouldn't recommend and if you do go you will see every other house up for rent on the same street and other streets around it. That say something. You have been warned ⚠️
