“The host was very friendly and welcoming. He was respectful and gave us space but had lots of very good suggestions which we enjoyed. He even helped us to set up the bbq pit and get it going so we could bbq, and there were lots of groceries and things that were provided. The facilities are generous: can take 12 guests comfortably with two shower rooms and 4 WCs The place is quiet with easy parking and within short drive (less than 30 minutes) of major outdoor adventure locations. Its a great base camp for outdoor activities. I would love to come again in a different season and see all that minakami has to offer!”

“A beautiful onsen set in a quiet mountain location. The outside onsen was special and overall the property was very clean, welcoming and a joy to stay at. The food was beautifully prepared and served and the staff were wonderful and accommodating.”

“Great view from reserved room. Clean and quiet. Seperate female shared onsen. Just a few staff who can speak english but they all are ful of service mind. The Hotel is far from the citi but you can request hotel's sutter bus to pick you up from JR Minakami station.”

The view in the lobby is like a painting. I really wish I were here when it was full of snow or during the blossom season.”
