    “- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good”

    “Good brekkie spread, including vegan options. This hotel offers a free airport pick up and drop off plus their driver will take you to tourists attractions which is a big bonus. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. All in all, a really nice place and staff were very helpful.”

    “The check in process is a breeze, no queue and the receptionist is very accommodating. My booking comes with a breakfast and I would say there are variety of food choices and the staff keep refill it once the food finished.”

    “The room is big and comfortable. The air conditioner is also good and cold. The room is very clean and the rooms are protected by a sliding door that can only be open with room card. The TV channels are good too (not RTB only channel)”

    “This hotel was located close to the airport, very convenient for short stop-overs in Brunei. The hotel also had a restaurant onsite which we really enjoyed. The restaurant prices were affordable and the food was great, we ended up eating there twice. The staff at the restaurant were also great, very friendly and charming. The hotel is also just a short drive away from Gadong night market.”
