“Even though it seems odd at the beginning, the fact to book a 55 min slot for the baths is great. Like this you have all the pleasure to enjoy it by yourself. To note that the shower is only available during the slot booked or in the morning but only during 7h30-9h00 am.”

“Beautiful views. Close to local restaurants and train station. Station shuttle available.”

“Hotel with Japanese style room. When you arrive, the beds are hidden away in the closet. The receptionist asks you at what time you would like them to set up the beds on the tatami floor. Our room was the largest hotel room of our trip in Japan. Very comfortable, very clean. We could see Mont Fuji a little bit from our window. If you dare try the on site public baths (you'll have to go naked like Japanese do), you will find the 2 nice public bath (top floor and basement level). Even the basement level public bath is nice. It features a natural light from a light well, a Bamboo "waterfall", rock walls.”

  • “Location is ok, within walking distance from the train station. They also offer a shuttle bus to and from the train station but it’s only in the mornings and afternoons. We have booked a smoking room as this was the only one available and I have to say there was no cigarette smell inside, it was properly cleaned and ventilated. I recommend to try the face treatment (containing olive oil) offered as free toiletries (pick up in the lobby area).”
