This spacious ground floor guest apartment in St.Ives is part of a newly renovated former farmhouse with pretty garden and private parking. It is a ten minute walk from the town centre and beaches and would accommodate 4 guests. It has one superking/ twin bedroom and a further double sofa bed in the large open plan living area. Situated in a quiet residential area, guests have shared use of the lovely sunny garden.
Myself and my husband Ian welcome you to stay with us in St. Ives. We are both local and the property has been in my family for 70 years. We hope you enjoy visiting our beautiful town and the surrounding coastal area with all it has to offer.
The Leach pottery is a five minute walk from the apartment. Four miles to the west is the pretty village of Zennor. As well as being near the town we provide a good base for exploring the West Penwith area.
