It's a lot better now with the new carpet and chairs in the bar rooms nicely decorated with grey/white walls smart tv's a coffee machine aswell as a kettle but on downside still need repairs and paint on balcony facing the sea that's on going as well other work but very rarely see the workmen doing repairs

Everything was perfect, the sheets were clean, the rooms are beautifully furnished, the bathroom is very nice and there are multiple lights you can turn on to change the mood inside the room.

The Wifi didn't reach my room, which was a shame, I couldn't contact my friends through the internet. And also the kitchenette light didn't turn off for some reason, I had to turn the breaker off so I could sleep at night, but that wasn't much of a deal.

This is a very lovely, spacious apartment in a very convenient, quiet location near DLR and the Elizabeth Line. 15 minute walk to Excel. Local supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment was superficially clean but needed a deep clean particularly windows, wall tiles and the oven. Also a note for anyone taking a car, the apartment is in the LEZ so it is £12.50 a day if you move the car but not if it stays parked. Parking is on the road but very quiet and big spaces, it is £20 for 24 hours, not bad for London, but is aggressively controlled, we got a £60 ticket 12 minutes after the 24 hours expired. We saw many cars with tickets issued. Parking is clearly not controlled by the apartment owners but this info may prove helpful.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was good, both evening meal and breakfast. NB menu online needs updating because prices have increased significantly.

Of flexible. Booking.com site suggested this hotel for the other terminal. When I realised I tried to cancel immediately and the hotel were totally unflexuble and refused despite booking only just being made! Wasn’t happy. Hotel was nice but not great customer service on this front and had to explain multiple times for them to understand on phone.
