Great location, self service breakfast as the accommodation is apartment. The apartment was well maintained. A few issues with blinds in living room not working. Great location easy to get from railway station and to the centre of Manchester. I throught the checing produce would be complex but in reality it was straight forward and very easy. its just knowing the process then ot was very easy to follow.

The blinds in the living room one was missing and other did work. It did not affect me but no parking at property, another guest told me .

The room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities were what I would expect in a 3-star hotel. The Stall were friendly, helpful and professional. Meals in the 'pub' were very good.

Good location near the Baltic Quarter and not too far from Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Our stay was comfortable enough and being able to park so easily was fantastic.

There was no lift and as my friend and I both have mobility issues and our room was on the second floor this would stop me from staying again unfortunately.

Very nice room layout, with a very nice shower and good welcome treats. Staff was friendly and helpful and attached restaurant was very good (if a little expensive)

A lot of staff present however they all seemed to be messing about and no one actually serving. I own a bar restaurant and the amount of staff on shift was enough staff to do a 6k night never mind a night where they probably struggled to do 1.5k

The room is small and a single bed was provided. No chair and table in the room. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, no cooked food and no serving of breakfast. Bread, spread, cereal, milk and fruits were provided in the kitchen area. The location isn’t great, too far from the major road.
