No heating in room it was very cold put my socks on my fleece in for bed my bins were full had one small towel the man at desk no house keep today will you be alright till tomorrow he could of got some towels empty the bed it would took him 10 mins

The room could be more clean - kitchen cupboards were very dirty inside. One of the cupboard contains a washing maschine, which does not work anymore (inside were wet clothing left)..

On arrival staff did not even acknowledge your arrival, there were 2 staff members on the check in desk and as we approached they both looked up with not even so little as a hello, so as we stood there not knowing who to go to one just decided to walk away. We were then checked in and sent to our room..only to open the door to a man already in there lying on his bed!! We had both been checked into the same room! I found this extremely disturbing. So back down to reception to explain and they brushed it off and discussed it together. Finally after a while of searching we were allocated a accessible room, I got the impression they didn’t know what or where to put us! Not great first impressions of this hotel.
