“Very hospitable staff. Nicole on reception was very hospitable. One day I asked her places to visit in Chengdu in the evening and she kindly sent me all information by weixin. The other day I needed foot massage after visiting Buddha in Leshan and she kindly found one for me and showed the route. I also liked the cocktail in the evening and the singer, he was singing and playing really well. I like this hostel, it's 10/10, definitely”
“Location is great! Very convenient to take subway (just a few minutes walk) to other places. Walking distance (about 2 km) to Kuan Zhai Alley. Breakfast is very good, in addition to buffet breakfast, you can order wonton or noodle, they make it right there for you. Room is clean, and the whole block where hotel is has a lot traditional Chinese buildings, which is really nice.”
“Great location, lovely courtyard. Room was spacious & clean. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Little table & chairs outside our room were lovely & we could sit with a beer watching the world go by.”
“The appartment was very spacious and well situated. Right in front of the Sichuan Theatre, in a shopping mall just a few minutes walk from the metro (5 minutes) and closed to Tianfu Square and People's Parc (10-15 minutes). It was clean and the personal was helpful: they borrowed us an umbrella as it rained. We appreciated to have two bathrooms in the appartment. The living room was comfy and luminous. Kitchen well-equiped so we could prepare coffee/tea with the offered fruits and snacks. We had no time to use them but there is a gym (24/7!) and a pool (6-23h) as well as a kid playroom (not for our teens)”
“The staff were so lovely and helpful especially Joey, and the beautiful young woman with the henna rose 'tattoo' whose I sadly did not catch. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff there were very patient with our lack of chinese. The situation of the hotel is in a very interesting part of the city, and it was very easy to get where we wanted to go, namely the pandas( of course) and the airport.”
“Very nice room and great location. But on the fifth floor no elevator, just till forth. With luggage not comfortable. The view from Balcony on the construction road. Very noisy.”
