    “The hotel is located in one of the most famous squares in Florence. It is within walking distance to everywhere. The building is in that area and located on the 2nd floor, accessed with a private code to an apartment. It also has a kitchen with a coffee machine and a kettle. I stayed in room number 1. It was a quite large room, but despite its size, the bathroom was a bit small. Room cleaning is done daily at an average level. I did not experience any security issues. When I returned late, I had no problems as the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again when I return. Checking in at the main building (3 minutes walking distance) was not an issue for me. I had chosen an accommodation with breakfast options. Breakfast is also in the main building and the menu is quite rich. The service staff are very polite and courteous.”

    “The room for 5 people is large and bright. Very comfortable beds, and there is air conditioning in the rooms. The bathroom is outside the room but it is its own and has a lock. They provide towels and there is always toilet paper available in the common area between rooms. Inside the room there is a small refrigerator, and in the common area there is a large one. The man at check-in is super friendly, and they store the suitcases without any problem. The neighborhood is very nice and has good restaurants. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the tourist area. For the price you are paying it is a very good hostel. Much better than others for this price.”

    “The property was extremely clean and bright and was beautifully decorated and maintained. We chose a double deluxe bedroom for comfort and we certainly received that 🤩 Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and we will definitely recommend this property to our friends in the event of them visiting Florence in the future.”

    “Beautifully decorated room and communal spaces. We especially loved the giant bathroom and little balcony outside the room. Very friendly and welcoming team who provided us with a map, lots of recommendations for dinners and sights, gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a special occasion, and let us leave our luggage there on both arrival and departure days whilst we explored. The property is walkable into the city centre, and there is a tram stop outside that takes you directly into Florence station.”

    “We spent one night in this lovely hotel, full of character (the ceilings are incredible!) The staff were super helpful and welcoming, and location couldn’t have been better (just over the river in the cool area of Santo Spirito). Everything was very clean and beds were comfy - couldn’t have asked for a better stay in beautiful Florence!”
