When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Have stayed in lots of different apartments at this location. Very dog friendly and excellent location for beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

The grill had not been cleaned and a few cups were unwashed was surprised as cleanliness is usually very good. Just put it down to an oversight.

There is no hot water in the bathroom, therefore, I couldn't shower. The milk provided was gone off. There is no security apart from one single staff member who is unexperienced and didn't help that much. The caretaker sanjeeva, who is the only person in the lodge, gave the managers number who was not on in the lodge. Tried calling and messaging. No phone response and replied with a rude message.was told that the plumber would come in to fix the shower, but it did not happen until the morning of the day we moved out.

The receptionist was friendly.

The hotel advertises itself as having parking and a lift. On arrival guests who have booked through Booking.com are hit with a £10 per day or any part of a day parking charge. The interior is tired and shabby. The lift was out of order. To access our ground floor room we had to go up to the first floor and then back down again, to avoid building work. This involved four flights of stairs and walks along lengthy corridors. Our room was shabby, badly in need or redecoration and the mattress so worn out your backside hits the base of the bed when you sit down on the bed.
