Clean flat, everything you could need including microwave, crockery, oven, fridge etc. Very nice owner and cleaner. Great to be able to leave luggage and also in my case check in early. Large rooms, comfy beds, balcony. Friendly and professional owner. This is a small, conventional flat you share, if others are booked in as well.

No plug for the bath, had to improvise. Building flat is located in isn't the nicest and is smelly, despite the flat itself being immaculate. Not the owner's fault.

The Studio is a great base for exploring London. The location is quiet and safe, with good transport links. The Studio had ample space for myself and the kitchenette allowed me to do some straightforward dinner prep when needed. The private entrance helped me feel more at home. Thanks for having me and I hope to return again soon!

The staff responded well when I left a message to say that two of the light bulbs in the room were broken, and they were fixed by the time we returned to our room three hours later. The venue is really well located in central Oxford.

I didn't like the fact that there was no-one in the property when we arrived, and having to call a number to get access to the room. We had no warning of this. This is unsecure and really inadequate for seniors such as ourselves. It turned that we never met any of the staff at all, and one of the staff contact numbers provided was not recognised as a functioning number when I called it. Two light bulbs of the three lamps in the room were broken. The radiator in the bathroom was not working. The shower curtain was dirty and old.

Breakfast lovely, hot tub great and views amazing. This is an excellent place if you are wishing to walk up Cader Idris. Highly recommended. Easy walking distance of Dolgelleau for evening meal or drinks in the town.

Everything was fantastic! Room was ideal for us and our dog. Hostess, Suzi, was brilliant and more than helpful with advise on where to visit and eat.

The hotel is presented well & in good condition. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety.

I was in room 62, a nice room if you’re keen NOT to sleep. It is located right next to a set of doors through to a staff room/s. The doors banged incessantly all night. The volume grew louder as thoughtless staff arrived very early in the morning and chatted loudly as they slammed through to doors. Disappointingly awful. I also ate food from the Brasserie & it was disappointing. This hotel is not worth the money.
