    “This is a really quiet spot outside of El Nido town in Corong Corong, and you can hear the waves from the bedrooms. The staff were really friendly, the breakfast is really nice and filling, and the aircon in the rooms is really strong.”

    “Initially, I was disappointed from my first sight as this was a type of hotel I would personally never consider if I had been traveling with anyone other than my daughter. She is actually the one who selected this for our stay. It's not that anything was bad. I just stay at high end hotels for the most part. My first thought was to rent another hotel and to just chop it up as a loss. The front desk attendant, Mark Aaron, is what changed my mind. He has such a kind and caring attitude and wanted to do anything within his reach to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In fact, his customer service was impeccable and I can honestly say that he is one of the main reasons I stayed rather than going to another hotel. With that said, it's hard to find great customer service these days and I just wanted to make sure to give him a big shout out for being so attentive and always going the extra mile. He definitely stood out from the pack and is like a shining star in a dimlit world. I think his boss should not only give him a raise but also have him training any newcomers. He's a customer service ROCKSTAR!!”

    “The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean everywhere and the WiFi worked perfectly. They provided free refills of water, the shower was hot and they provided toiletries. The location was perfect; it's right next to lots of restaurants, shops, ATMs and the port. So it's perfect for tours or partying. It's also really close to the canopy walkway. You can get discounted food for their restaurant.”

    “Location was good, only 20 minutes walk from El Nido town, less than 5 minutes walk from Corong-Corong beach where there are lots of restaurants and beach clubs. They change towels everyday and clean even if you don’t leave the sign on the door. Free bottles of water everyday.”
