    “It is lovely restored hotel which is very well located. The room was a little small for 2 people with bags, but it had everything required, from a steam iron, a hairdryer and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and room service was impeccable. Full Mark's for the location. The concierge on duty was very kind and helpful and hotel security helped my daughter when she was accosted by a homeless man. All in all, a good stay.”

    “It is spotless and comfortable. However, I asked for a copy of the invoice, and they refused. Many hotels that work for Booking.com lie saying that they do not have payment data. It is false, because when I complain to Booking.com, they normally send me the invoice. It is very annoying. They finally gave me a blank and useless copy. They are liars.”
