Clean, comfortable, well equipped, good location, quiet room, nice spacy lounge, marvelous bar and cafe downstairs, friendly stuff, possibly to book bikes for whole day, and all this in city center for a very good price!

Central position. very clean. Useful having a mini fridge in the room. Snacks nice touch. Staff very friendly. Walkable from railway station and bus stop around the corner.

Could have benefited from a more comfortable chair.

Lovely flat with a very cool roof terrace. Good bathroom facilities. Clean and bright.

Not enough hot water for a bath. We could not work the hob - broken?? And no one could be contacted to help. It was too noisy - loads of sirens through the night on Edgware Road!

Found the breakfast to be very expensive for very little. And a bit disorganised.

The location was fab.

We were put in a dark, dingy room which stank of sewerage. It was also so claustrophobic due to having the smallest window (this obviously isn't the hotel's fault but just stating a fact). When going to reception to explain this I was responded to with 'well, you only booked a classic room' which actually made me feel quite small. The male worker I spoke to wasn't interested whatsoever. The room was ok, there's no ove head lighting so be prepared to put your makeup on in the dark ladies. The bathroom was clean ish. The shower tap was broken, in that the button to change the heat of the water was jammed so I had to have a cold shower. Also, one teabag for two people.... Interesting. Upon checkout there was no one on the desk so I couldn't speak to anyone. I would never stay again and have ensured friends and family avoid this hotel in the future.

The restaurant

The bed. Mattresses were moving all over the place through the night. Pillow selection was horrible (there was an option to change at reception but didn't see the card that was against the pillows until very late). Bathroom was old and run down, paint flaking off the walls. Fire alarm that went off at 6am. The fact that you had to pay extra to use the spa facilities because I booked through Booking.com. The car park charged, there was no other option in the local area for free parking. Would not recommend staying to other people.
