    “In fact everything: very friendly staff, whether at reception or at breakfast. Everyone does everything to make the guests feel comfortable. We were even allowed to have breakfast free of charge on the first day because we were there so early. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and on our second visit there a few days later we even had a room with a view of the Empire State Building 😍 The breakfast is very good and you can even take a packed lunch with you. The location on Times Square was of course also brilliant😉 I could go on like this forever, but in short, the hotel was one of the best we've stayed in! Special thanks also to Gregory, Amanda and Nick from the front office! See you :)”

    “Excellent location, entering from the busy Times Square street it was immediately quiet and like stepping in another world. Room was spacious and had two beds for me and my friend. Staff was welcoming. Booked it last minute after another hotel cancelled, so this hotel saved me and was actually cheaper!”

    “The hotel is very conveniently located, at walking distance from the majority of the most famous touristic attractions. The bathroom was quite nicely organized, and it was provided on a daily basis with soap, shampoo and conditioner, but no toothpaste. The hotel provided complementary water bottles on a daily basis in the room, as well as free water all day long in the reception hall. Coffee and tea are also available for free at breakfast. The reception staff was lovely and very cordial.”
