    “Nga, the lady at the reception was very helpful. She really goes out of the way to help the customers. We were not happy with the room we got first, she managed to solve the issue. She did all our bookings to Hanoi. She works very professionally. The breakfast was ok but not many options for a person who is a vegetarian.”

    “Big, comfortable room in a guesthouse at the quiet end of an alley, with a peaceful garden and a small outdoor kitchen. Vanh is a terrific and responsive host, and helpful with local information. The location is a little away from the old quarter, but we liked it as it was less touristy, quieter and cheaper.”
