It was very easy to find, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Vieux Port metro station. It's also really close to a lot of great restaurants....(look for the street that runs parallel to the port and rue Sainte...all the menus are 17euros for a 3 course meal!) There is a Carrefour city supermarket just across the street (open from 7am till 9pm) and they are really friendly & helpful in there. In fact everyone we came across was friendly & helpful. We can't wait to come back! I would say, if you are after fully catered type accommodation, then this apartment is not for you. But if you just want a clean, comfortable, quiet & air conditioned place to rest your head after a busy day exploring marseille....then this is ideal! Such fantastic value for money! If you have mobility issues, then this might not be suitable, due to walk up hill and then steps up to apartment.”
