What's more moving us is that they are the only hotel that prepared gift (one welcome paper and an iced champagne)for my honeymoon! You get no noise from other apartments as this is an older, well-insulated building. There are two large windows in the place so there is plenty of light. The furnishings are basic but absolutely adequate. And the whole place exudes coziness. I would like to come back to Cologne just so I can stay in this apartment again. (No kidding!) And the neighbourhood is lively and friendly. SUPERB overall!”

“Owner was very kind and went out of his way to explain how everything works in the apartment, carried our bags from the car, and even walked us to the nearby train station and helped us purchase the right train tickets to take us into the center (a 10 min trip). I have not stayed in an apartment/hotel where the owner has been friendlier. He deserves the ratings other guests are giving him. He was also very kind to our 4 children.
