“Absolutely nothing!!!please avoid this horrible hotel company! The staff is incompetent, the service at all is terrible! The breakfast also. Check in time 4 pm but if you pay you can check in whenever you want. The cleaning policy is also disappointing because they don’t even change or even clean the room! If you want to clean or change towels you need to pay! Horrible stay! Never never never again.”

“Very good shared cooking facilities and pleasant communal area. Only 100 metres from exit 4 of Dobutsuenmae subway station and only a five minute walk to the main restaurant area. Even though the room was small it wasn't as small as the photo of it and it also contained a fridge. It also had a window which helped in not making it feel too claustrophobic.”
