It is in a very secluded location but the hotel operates a shuttle bus into town and there were taxis available as needed. The grounds of the hotel and villas are very beautiful. Lots of flowers, trees, and I had great enjoyment spotting various kinds of lizards and birds. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, with a great variety of foods to choose from. There are a couple of bars and restaurants and I found the food and drinks at all of them tasty and not too expensive. One night we had a buffet seated on the beach, with fresh seafood including delicious rock lobster.”

The head chef is Italian and most of the dishes we tried where nice, well-cooked and offered good value for the money. The pool area of the hotel is amazing, literally amazing. We've never seen anything like it before. If you can afford it, I would strongly recommend you to book a room with direct access to the pool, it's well worth the money. The staff was friendly, cleaning good, the gym wasn't too big but offered the basic equipment you need for a quick work-out. The pool bar had very affordable options for lunch and generous happy hour-timings for drinks (around €3 for a cocktail). The location is good, not right at the very beach but within a few minutes walking distance. Also, the hotel had an environmentally friendly profile which I think is quite unusual for this part of the world, but great. All in all, we're very happy with our stay at the Waters and think that they truly deserve 10 points out of 10.”

“We have done a lot of traveling and we're admittedly fairly easy to please when it comes to accommodation: we like it clean, safe, and comfortable. Anything else is a bonus. We'd rate our villa (just one of the regular villas) as one of the nicest accommodations we've had in all our travels. The overall groundskeeping of the resort was lovely, the pool area was great, and the beach was nice. All the staff members with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. Now, a younger couple looking for more action (beach games, drink-yourself-senseless-at-the-pool-bar kind of thing) would no doubt find the quieter pace of this resort disappointing. But, for a couple in their early 50s such as ourselves who want a nice relaxing resort to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach, we found the Beyond Resort an excellent choice. We were actually sorry that we had only booked 4 nights. We should have stayed a week.”

“Wow what a beautiful place to stay. The owners were lovely and could not do enough for you, they even lent us their bike which you would need as it's a little bit off the beaten track. Found a beautiful beach about 5 kilometres away Called Merlin Beach which served food as there are very little restaurants near the property. We were given bananas and breakfast with no charge. The morning we left the local neighbour gave us a ride to the bus stop and would take no money. Thank you we have a great stay and will be back xx”
