There's still free coffee/tea and candy snacks provided; whenever you need one just drop by the reception and get as much as you need for you and your loved ones. Super neat, super clean, warm and welcoming with a great set of tips about where to eat/drink. Bathrooms are great too. All in all we had a great trip.”

Heid, the manager, was friendly, welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks Heidi! ;) The room was superbly decorated in style, extremely comfortable big bed, lavish bathroom, the absolute perfection. There was also a lovely living room, within our room, with an enormous TV in it (thankfully locked in a cupboard), which i didn't see featured in the pictures of this website, so we were pleased to find that we had an extra room to lounge in. The mini bar in the room had champagne, wines and water, and was all inclusive, so that was a nice touch indeed. It had state of the art music facility all controlled by remote control that you can listened to in every room, and dimmable lighting too in every room. The living room also consisted of a "Nespresso" type coffee machine, which we didn't use, but again very well thought of if you are a coffee lover. The view was really picturesque too, from one window you can see the canal and from the other the swimming pool. We didn't get to use the swimming pool or the hot tub unfortunately because we didn't have time to. The breakfast was delicious too and so much of it: everything was very well presented, again in style, and we had it outside by the pool on a sunny sunday morning, so truly special to us. The location is very central too, within walking distance from everything. The only pity is that we had to leave!! Wished we could have stayed there for longer than just 1 night, but only came for a romantic weekend in Bruges. “The hotel was very easy to reach. You had a parking right across the café and it was only €8,70 for 24 hours. We had a room for 4 people and it was very clean and cosy. There were 2 of us that wanted to go out and the other ones wanted to stay in so it came in very handy that the doors had numberlocks instead of having to open them with a key. Also the lady at the bar was very friendly, she told us where to go. Showers were also very clean. The building is recently fully refurbished and is designed by a very talented couple of professional architects/designers. It is fantastically well integrated into the surroundings of the historic centre. There are 2 rooms available: 1st and 2nd floors. The backyard of the building is actually an open terrace by the canal facing a hidden park on the opposite bank, so you can have breakfast (if it is warm enough) in a calm atmosphere with a view. Comfort: Rooms are very cosy with a lot of light (very unusual for such an old building). Bathrooms are clean and fully equipped with modern appliances, towels and pretty much everything you need. The street is not crowded at all and therefore quiet, so you can have a nice sleep. There is even a lift (!) to get to 1-2 floors, so no need to climb the stairs. Breakfast: Is served at a time convenient for you (9am in our case) by the owners. They offer broad selection of ham/cheese, yogurt, muesli. Eggs (like you prefer them). Fresh juice. You can get Coffee (bean-to-cup machine) and tea any time during the day for free. (To be honest, it is even more than enough! )) Location: It is in the historic centre of Bruges, 5 mins from parking, 7 mins to the Market Place. Parking: there is a public parking next to the entrance, but it may be occupied. We parked at Interparking t'Zand, it is less than 5 mins walking distance from the B&B. We would like to say many thanks to the owners and wish them all the best with their B&B. They have built a real new gem in the town.”

Though many may consider it a disadvantage, the walk from The city center is enjoyable, since it has no elevation on The road. If you like to have your walk, go for it! Think you may eat an extra waffel without feeling guilty. The area seemed very safe too, very residential and with supermarket relatively close. Our bed was comfortable, everything was quiet and The decoration was Nice. You do feel like home!”
