My partner grazed her cheek on the beach and the staff in the information centre were so helpful giving her first aid and cleaning the wound. They would always ask her how she was every day and offer to clean the wound again which was wonderful. A big thank you from us for that. The pool area is great with 'Happy Hour' drinks promotions on 3 times a day and the pool bar staff are very entertaining. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Great Hotel. “The other reviews are correct, the villas indeed look exactly like the pictures. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we also rented a car and did a tour (there's suggestion of the hotel but we did our own tour which is also possible). It might be a bit more expensive than when you rent a driver on the street for a day but big plus is that staff is really friendly, their English is good and that cars are very new. The villas were really amazing, an oasis in the hustling and bustling of Seminyak and Petitenget. The breakfast is delicious. The location of the villas is very good as well, it's located just in Petitenget, we means that all restaurants, bars, clubs of Seminyak are within walking distance but that it's a little less crowded and noisy than when you're staying in Seminyak. Do try-out closeby restaurant Bambu (Indonesian, delicious) and cocktails at Potato Head, Ku de Ta or the W (all within 5 min walking distance).”

On TV you could get Aussie News and AFL footy, which was a BIG plus for my husband. I had a mossie problem 1st night, I just asked staff to spray my room that evening and could I keep the spray, which they gave me, then onwards they sprayed our room every night without asking. The Staff are fantastic, at anytime I was waiting in the office I was offered a cold refreshing drink which I most appreciated. Yes not close to the beach, that's not what we wanted, Kokonut can easily order you a Taxis for day trips.”

I love that there's a kitchen. you can do a little cooking . they provide the pan, plates, cutleries etc. Just everything about the room is nice and comfortable. There's also an alarm clock/radio that has bluetooth features. so you can connect your phone to that and play music. “The villa was beautiful! New and situated in Seminyak not too far from the main road. Best to rent a bike if you can ride, otherwise the villa provides transportation, or you can download the GrabTaxi app and request for a car which my local Bali friend says is much cheaper than cabs. They won't rip you off either. Lovely private jet pool, comfy bed, decor, cute little kitchenette, and the toilet was great. Breakfast is brought to your villa every morning if you're paying for breakfast to be included. Staff very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Was almost perfect, just a few teething issues. Great value for money.”

The hotel is in Umalas which next to Seminyak and the hotel offer a free shuttle bus daily. You can easily get a taxi for cheap too. The room was lovely very comfortable beds and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The pool is lovely and all the facilities are well looked after they also have an amazing spa. The best part is the restaurant where the staff are so attentive and efficient. I suffer from a nut allergy and this was all accommodated to which made me feel very at ease as it can be a difficult problem to have when eating in Indonesia. They even had my own menu made and completely took care of me. The food is so delicious and presented expertly. All the staff are always smiling and happy to help. We were sad to leave Panawa all suite as we felt so at home and welcome. I highly recommend this little gem and hope they have a successful business. It might not be in the centre but trust it is so quiet and peaceful it is worth it. Nothing was ever a problem for the staff. I spoke to them a lot via email prior to my visit and they were always prompt on their response. Wish them all the best and we will definitely return on our next Bali trip! Thank you so much!”

We only booked this for 1 night since we had a late flight out and we had to vacate our Villa that morning and wanted somewhere to rest for the day. Staff were welcoming and checked us in early with a room just before 10am. Once staff heard we would be living that night and not having breakfast they insisted we eat breakfast after check in. Excellent service Rooms were clean, neat and ours opened onto the pool. Honestly we could have stayed here the whole trip and been more than happy with location and cost.Great value for money”

There are a lot of great food and spa spots near by! (Greek, Mexican, Italian etc.) We stayed here for about 9 days!”

The free airport transfer was in a new luxury van. Staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed and were also available to help 24/7. Pool was clean and the perfect size. There's a bedside speaker to play music/charge your phone. Kitchen even has everything you need to cook yourself. Everyday they provided us with meals, snacks and fresh local fruit. Bar fridge was full of complimentary snacks and water on arrival. Bath tub is spacious. Rain shower is always a plus. Couldn't be happier with our stay, it was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Definitely amazing value for what you get. Can't wait to go back :D”

“We had one of the suites and they are located upstairs where you have a huge private balcony with sofa and daybed and even sockets to charge. The room is cozy, clean and spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows are a dream. The wardrobe is huge and hidden behind the bed. It was lovely to have a fridge, safe and satellite TV with English channels (HBO, Fox, etc) Bathroom is really spacious too. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. The location is only suitable for those who like to rent a motorbike. There is a small shop and a few restaurants nearby but everything else is out of walking distance. For us it was perfect cos it is more quiet and peaceful than other places in the Seminyak area. It is situated in a residential area in the middle of rice fields. We had a wonderful stay here and it was a good value for money! We come back for sure!”

“The Villa was beautiful. The bed was comfy. The room was air conditioned and they cleaned the room daily. It is located in a nice area. Some people say it's too far out from Seminyak but that just means it's nice and quiet and away from super busy roads. It's easy to get a scooter to ride around in and it's right next to a mini mart to grab some water and other bits and pieces. I was staying there with my boyfriend over my birthday and the staff were so lovely, they came to our villa in the evening and sand me happy birthday and brought me a cake. I definitely recommend this place and would totally come back.”

The private pool and gazebo are excellent to cool down during the hot days in Bali. The spa is great and the prices are more than reasonable for a resort spa facility. The breakfast is prepared in the villa by staff and is excellent. We had Anita sitting at the reception and she is just adorable! She helped us in every way possible and took care of everything we wanted. There is even a buggy service to go to the shops if you need anything ( very helpful for those lazy days). We started our Bali holiday here and it couldn't be better. Thank you for the hospitality.”
