“I liked everything about it. This was my third time staying in the resort and we had a fantastic time. I live in Valencia city centre and whenever my parents come to visit, they love to stay at the beach and I stay with them. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and it's not too touristy. The beach is very nice and you can enjoy walks down to Malvarrosa beach or in the other direction to Port Saplaya which is very beautiful.There is a bus stop right outside the resort which takes you into the city centre. There are some lovely restaurants about 5 minutes walk along the seafront. The apartment is a great size and the main bedroom is big with a patio door opening onto the balcony. The balcony is a good size with great views of the beach and is perfect to eat outside. We stayed in the penthouse which has a very big roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing with great views of the pool and the sea. The building is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to staying again soon.”

When we returned everything was ready and we could shower and change after a hard day shopping. We also had breakfast at the hotel the next morning , fantastic breakfast menu and reasonably priced . Definitely stay again”

I emailed them about a problem with the air con and the email was answered very quickly (and the problem was my own error not the actual air con) the swimming pool and gym were both indoor which is perfect to get away from the heat of the day and into the shade with the kids.”

“Outstanding location, many shops, bars, restaurants on your door step. Plaza de la Reina about 20 seconds walk. Apartment had great amenities like a washing machine, microwave, iron etc. Free wifi was really handy. Was a bit worried about access to apartment having read some of the previous reviews, however we had no problems. We contacted them in advance to advise rough arrival time (2pm) then noticed check in was from 4pm so we had lunch in one of the many restaurants located beside the apartments and called the contact number at 4pm and someone arrived within 15 minutes. Main things to know for anyone using these apartments in the future. There is no reception, it's just 3 apartments in a block with an intercom system. Don't buzz the other apartments to get access. The other guests cannot get you access to your apartment. You have to deal with the rental company. This happened to us several times during our stay and was a bit irritating. Let the rental company know your approximate arrival time in advance. Check in is from 4pm so you'll just have to wait if arriving earlier than this. Call the rental company to make then aware that you have arrived and need access to the apartment. The wifi access code is on a sticker on the bottom of the router.”

“A quick phone call to Maria (who spoke faultless English) to say that we’d arrived at the train station was all that was needed to arrange a meeting at the apartment. The apartment is located an easy walk from restaurants and bars and, a little further on, the superb Central Market. There are well over twenty places for meals within a few hundred metres. The well-appointed kitchen means that you could stock up at the Central Market – one of the best food markets I’ve ever seen - and cook it back at the apartment. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes, as well as a washing machine (including detergent) & iron. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bedroom is at the back of the apartment so there is no noise from the street at the front (although it is a relatively quiet street). There is efficient reverse cycle air-conditioning (which we used for heating when required) as well as central heating (which we didn't need). Unlike other reviews, we found there were toiletries and sufficient toilet paper for our 6 night stay. We also found the wi-fi to be reliable. In short, this has been a perfect place to stay and we will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Valencia.”
