My fiance and I have already both looked at trying to get back to Hanoi for another weekend getaway soon.”

This hotel is in a central location, very near the weekend night market and famous foodie places :) You can even have laundry done at $2/kilo, which just makes things convenient. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi.”

“We needed a room quickly due to our Halong Bay trip being cancelled. After reading good reviews for this hotel, we booked a room here. Our expectations of the hotel were surpassed on every level! The room was quiet, comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff here however are the real gem! Jack went above and beyond when helping us with anything we needed. We had problems with flights being changed later in our trip and mentioned this to Jack. He suggested we head down to reception when we were settled, so he could help us with the flights. Not only did he help us move our flights but he also managed to get us a direct flight where previously we'd had two. I can't express enough how amazing this place is and couldn't think of anywhere in Hanoi to stay other than here! Thank you so much to Jack,his family and staff at the Delano.”

I loved the breakfast in the mornings, with fresh fruits and verities of food and the coffee was lovely. This hotel is located in an excellent place, with restaurants and money changers near by. The hotel manager was very kind and arranged for our trip to Halong Bay at a very minimum cost. I loved our trip to Halong Bay and Galaxy cruises and our guide Viet was awesome. “My partner and I originally planned to stay here for the one night we had in Ha Noi. We were greeted by the manager Jason, who was very professional, polite, and had a light sense of humour. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to the junior suite, having booked a 'double room with no window'. The room was very modern, spacious, stylish and immaculately clean. The quality of the furniture, and the glass wall separating the bathroom and bedroom were particularly impressive. The free upgrade made this incredibly good value for money, and even without it, I would say upgrading is well worth it. I did manage to peek into other rooms which fitted the 'double room, no window' specification as originally booked, and it was just as well-designed and of a good quality - just no natural light. I particularly liked the notes and small gifts left in our room each day. The staff were incredibly attentive, and followed up on our needs as and when we required. They really made us feel at home, and we were sad to leave. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we spent another night here! I have stayed in other hotels in Ha Noi before and no other is able to compete with all-round quality of Morgans, and its value for money. My partner is particularly fussy about the location of a hotel and this was only a few steps away from local street food vendors, as well as international cuisines. It is also within a few minutes walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. Taxis are readily available on the hotel's doorstep for traveling a greater distance. Overall, a great stay. I don't think we will be booking anywhere else, should we return to Ha Noi (which I think we will). Hopefully we will see more stars with each visit!”

They remember us every time we visit. If you need anything, including train tickets to Sapa, they will book them for you. Not only do they always book them.but they arrange for a taxi and send a bellman with you to help you get to the right train. Rooms are well cooled and fresh fruit always awaits you when you come home. I highly recommend the pho shop outside across and to the left when you walk outside the hotel. My only critique is that the elevators seem to always be broken, but it is no big deal.”
